The only way you have to live your life is through 'present moment awareness'. Oh yea, everybody says so but nobody tells you how.
I live the life of the senses. Just willingly wait and watch the senses- sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell. Just be aware of them and then the thoughts that enter your mind and leave. Just be aware of them also that's it. When you are in the moment then there is joy and contentment.
The best outcome of doing this type of meditation is that i feel i am more relaxed, and energetic. This energy actually is the fuel to my joy and success.
